FAQ

1. What is your return policy?
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!
We offer store credit only within 14 days from the date you receive it. We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached. Items must be in original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. 

2. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift cards are available and start at $10. Southern Charleigh is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, we will not re-issue them if lost or stolen. Gift certificates expire 2 years from date of purchase.

3. If I place my order today, when will it ship?
Most orders are shipped out in 2 to 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Once shipped, you will receive tracking info and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please feel free to contact us with any further shipping questions.
**Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with your local PO if your package shows "delivered" or if it is lost in transit.

4. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping costs will automatically be added to your order and can be viewed during processing. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange. There is an additional charge.

5. What type of credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted and Pay Pal.

6. I received a damaged item. What do I do?
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you received your item. Please send an email and pic of damage to southerncharleigh@gmail.com ~ we will not accept any damaged claims after the 3 days. We do not guarantee jewelry, washed items, worn items etc... ~ no exceptions will be made. The damaged item needs to be returned within the 10 day policy period or it will rejected once received.

7. Can I use discounts on sale items?
No, sale items are not able to be further discounted.
